What happens if I exceed my plan's transaction or account limit?

Our plans use fair-use limits — no surprise overage charges. If you consistently run 20%+ over your tier's transaction count or need more connected accounts, we'll reach out and recommend the next tier up (or add the $49/mo Additional Account module). You stay on predictable flat pricing; we just move you to the tier that actually fits. A one-off busy month won't trigger anything.

What if my books are behind?

We offer flat-rate catch-up packages: 3 months ($499), 6 months ($899), or a full year ($1,499). For complex or multi-year cleanup, we quote at $75/hr. Once caught up, you transition to monthly service.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade at any time (prorated immediately); downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle. No penalty either direction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH through Stripe. Invoices are sent monthly and auto-charged on file.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. Month-to-month service with 30-day notice to cancel. Annual plans save ~16% and can be cancelled at renewal.

What if I need services not in my tier?

Add individual modules like Tax Compliance ($149/mo), Cash Flow Reporting ($99/mo), Priority Support ($99/mo), or AI Call Assistant ($149/mo) to any plan. Need more connected accounts? Add them for $49/mo each. Or upgrade to a higher tier for the best value.
